How to delete your Snake Temple account and the data linked to it.

Deletion cannot be undone. All gold, Snake Coins, skins, items and progress are lost and cannot be restored.
If you have lost your device or cannot install the app, send a request through the channel below.
Send inquiries to this address. We review them on business days and reply by email.
The following is erased immediately, and the account can no longer be accessed from any device.

No one can sign in to or continue from these records; they serve only as evidence for fraud prevention and payment disputes. |

| Friend invite records (your invite code, who started with whose code and how far they got, and invite reward records) | Kept for 1 year after account deletion, then destroyed. They are used only to keep the invite limit and invite rewards already granted from being repeated through account deletion, and to handle disputes about reward grants. The Google account identifier is kept only as an irreversible hash, used solely to stop the same account from receiving invite rewards again, and destroyed together with the invite records 1 year after deletion. |
| Mail left in the Mailbox | Mail that has been claimed or has expired is deleted automatically 30 days later (mail can be claimed for 30 days after it is sent; the same applies to mail voided because of fraud). Reward mail that requires a linked account stays until you link one, and gets a new 30-day deadline from the day you link. Once the account is deleted, no one can claim it, and it is destroyed together with the other records within 1 year of deletion. |
| Support messages sent in the app, and our answers | Kept until 1 year after account deletion or 3 years after the answer (or the message, if unanswered), whichever is later, then destroyed automatically. A message may be a record of a consumer complaint or dispute, such as about a payment or refund, so the 3-year period required by law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) applies. Messages stay as written, so anything you wrote in them (such as an order number or email address) remains for that period; they are used only to handle later inquiries and disputes. The app has no way to delete individual messages. |

Starting the game again after deletion creates a new account from scratch. Progress and purchases from the deleted account do not carry over.
